We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, including through our website forms (such as the Book A Free Intro Call and Talent Network forms) and through Facebook Lead Ads. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, current role, LinkedIn profile, resume, and any message you choose to share.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as health data or government IDs) unless you choose to provide it.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and schedule intro calls.

• Match candidates with relevant open roles.

We run advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Some of these ads use Meta Lead Ads, which allow you to submit your contact information directly through Facebook or Instagram without visiting our website. When you submit a lead form through a Meta platform, Meta processes your submission in accordance with Meta’s Privacy Policy. Meta then shares the lead information with us so we can follow up.

We do not currently use the Meta Pixel or similar tracking technologies on this site to collect personal information for advertising purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

• Service providers that help us operate our website, store data, or communicate with you.
• Meta Platforms, Inc., when you submit a lead form through Facebook or Instagram ads.
• Legal or regulatory authorities when required by law.

We retain personal information for up to one (1) year, or until you request that we delete it, whichever comes first. After that period, we securely delete or anonymize the information, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
